CHEYENNE -- When it comes medical malpractice insurance and caps on damages, James Haller says the Legislature needs a doctor's input.
The 71-year-old Republican cardiologist is seeking the seat in the State Senate from District 4. While tort reform is a step in the right direction, Haller thinks more needs to be done.
