Clyde "Bud" McNeece, 77, of Cheyenne passed away Oct. 16 at Mountain Towers Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born Aug. 21, 1934, in Pierce, Colo., to Harry "Jack" and Leona Margaret (Hall) McNeece.Bud lived in Cheyenne for 12 years.
