CHEYENNE -- The Wyoming Healthcare Commission has released a "crisis response package" of emergency, short-term recommendations for how to deal with rising medical malpractice insurance rates in the state.

The proposal for next month's special session includes two recommendations the group issued last fall and another drafted in reaction to the Ohio Insurance Company's decision to stop renewing policies in the state after Oct. 1.
