CHEYENNE -- When Linda Lovato first moved to Cheyenne, she didn't know about any of the veteran programs that could have helped her husband.

Today, as a chairwoman for the American GI Forum, she is making sure Cheyenne's Hispanic community is aware of the available resources. Booths featuring information on veteran benefits, education opportunities and advice for Hispanic first-time homebuyers will be part of the Fourth Annual Hispanic Heritage and Culture Day Celebration on Saturday.
