CHEYENNE -- Wyoming soon will have a graduated driver's license provision, provided Gov. Dave Freudenthal signs Senate File 14 into law.

The bill passed both the Senate and the House in different forms, and both houses have since voted to concur with the compromise worked out by a conference committee.
