State Education Panel Discuss Career Concerns

CHEYENNE -- A shortage of teachers, money and the need for adequate facilities are among issues facing career and technical education in Wyoming, State Board of Education members said Thursday.

The board discussed some of its concerns during a telephone conference. Board members said they want to make sure career and technical education, which used to be called vocational education, is a priority to be offered to Wyoming students.
