Creekside Annexation Dies

Summary


CHEYENNE -- Concerns about a lawsuit and access issues led to the defeat of a 540-acre annexation by the Cheyenne City Council on Monday.

Plans for the property included 40 acres for the Miracle Valley Assembly of God Church and a subdivision known on a former plat as Creekside Village. The land was two miles east of the Interstate 80 and College Drive interchange.
